NEW Auto Drop System (ADS)

As an add on to the ATS system, the ADS further optimises performance of the whole belt cleaning system. It introduces the ability to automatically and remotely remove the belt cleaners from the belt when not required. When the belt cleaners are required again, the ADS allows the ATS to rebalance itself, providing the same optimum belt cleaner tension.

Safety is improved by eliminating high blade temperatures caused by excessive empty belt running scenarios.

Conveyor reliability is improved by eliminating unnecessary wear and tear, and eliminating hot blade chattering.
