Autonomous Tensioning System for Belt Cleaners
Our Autonomous Tensioning System (AU Patent 2017260567, US Patent 10829311) is fast becoming a market leader. This product is a robust and reliable way to optimise belt cleaner tension. Our product is applicable to iron ore, copper, bauxite and other mineral plants both in Australia and overseas. Our ATS has been installed on over 130 conveyors, including fixed and shuttle conveyors, reclaimers and stackers, both in mining and port operations.

Autonomous Drive Belt Tensioners
The Autonomous Drive Belt Tensioning System (ADT) is a unique, closed loop hydraulic system which has been developed to constantly maintain drive belt tensions under all operating conditions.
The units do not require any external power supply, making them both reliable and installation-friendly. They use gravity alone to provide a constant hydraulically applied force. This constant force maintains optimum belt tension ensuring unnecessary belt slip is eliminated over periods of at least 12 weeks without intervention.

The Double Block and Bleed with Clamlock provides an integrated isolation and zero pressure verification system. The system intelligently integrates with hydraulics providing local isolations for multiple operational and maintenance tasks. This enables faster; but more importantly SAFER; isolations.
